We are looking for an operations/administrative level candidate to fill the position
of Project manager where responsible for overall administrative functions for the
projects of the company .
Responsibilities :
- Plan and design careful project management tols and methods including task allocation, monitoring and reporting
• Design and implement effective tender strategies, policies and procedures for health care institutions by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strategic partnership with third party of tendering companies and tendering decision makers, shape tendering environment.
-Lead cross-functional team to build the offering package to enter into bidding stage,
-follow up bidding offering evaluation, review the biding contract based on fully understanding the situation and the tailored project level strategies.
-Summarize the projects after they are done to capture the experiences and key learning for our organization to further build on internal knowledge and competencies on tendering.
- Be involved in developing tendering training courses by working with internal and external stakeholders
