A Sales Executive - Trainee Managers' role in Servcorp encompasses all aspects of management. In many organizations, you may only be exposed to one or two segments of your business and you never have access to financial records to judge how you and your team are performing.
At Servcorp management is like running your own small business within the security and systems of an international company with a successful track record since 1978.
At Servcorp you manage your own area in its entirety and therefore you can see how you and your team are performing. There are a number of measures on a monthly basis including your Profit and Loss statement, sales conversion rates, client termination churn and team turnover churn.
You will be judged by your performance and bottom line. Your job is to make a profit.
