• Perform construction supervision for a major construction projects.
• Assign responsibilities and job description to the site Foreman.
• Investigate problems and unforeseen conditions.
• Liaise with drafting coordinator for detailed drawing preparation.
• Assist with shop drawings and submittals.
• Assist with Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Order Requests, etc.
• Prepare regular reports of construction activities.
• Participate in regular project progress meetings.
• Review of subcontractor’s schedule and pay requests.
• Participate testing, startup, and commissioning.
