Supply Chain/Contracts Manager - Middle East Propulsion Company, Ltd

Basic Functions:



The Supply Chain/Contracts Manager will design and lead the supply chain strategy of MEPC. The position is responsible for a variety of supply chain functions including but not limited to purchasing, inventory, transportation, logistics, planning and scheduling. The position will play a key role in creating both the operational and strategic direction for the supply chain operations. The position will also oversee contracts drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution, non-disclosure agreements, purchasing and basic ordering agreements, sub-contracts, consulting and licensing agreements.





Duties and Responsibilities:



 Lead and drive the S&OP process and manage monthly S&OP planning and performance.

 Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions.

 Manage the flow of information to and from suppliers, customers and partners.

 Coordinate supply chain operations with finance to optimize cash flows and minimize working capital requirements.

 Source, select and manage vendors.

 Implement and oversee vendor managed inventory programs.

 Develop, implement, and manage a sustainability plan for the supply chain operations.

 Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with local and international laws and regulations.





 Provide guidance, recommendations and negotiate until consensus has been reached with all relevant parties.

 Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.

 Handle on-going issue, change management, monitor transaction compliance and oversee service level agreement compliance.

 Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
