Lease National Service Development Manager

Job Purpose



To establish and implement strategies and action plans to achieve optimal efficiency in Lease Contracts Service Section.



To continuously asses and follow up on Lease Service processes for improvements and proper implementations at all units



To establish and implement measures to ensure that leased vehicles are well kept for optimal resale value.



To actively participate in the continuous development of Lease Service Personnel maintaining high employee satisfaction, low turnover and professional technical standards and competencies.



To establish and implement methods of monitoring and achieving targeted customer Satisfaction of Lease Contracts Department



To optimize sources of income and develop and implement cost control measures.



Key Responsibilities



1. Monitor the performance of his area, to make sure the targets set by the management are being met and identify reasons these targets are not met.

2. Responsible for resolving all problems that creates unsatisfied customer and report any case beyond his

capacity to his superior in order to take the proper action on time.

3. Maintain Effective and regular liaisons with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.

4. Responsible for Recall Campaign completion.

5. Set methods and procedures among the teams, on the basis of promised date, priority and work load in order to improve the work flow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

6. Identify the training needs of the lease service staff and coordinate it to ensure development of their careers.

7. Establish a fair incentive program for the Lease Service staff and monitor implementation once program is approved.

8. Keep record and track of the following,

- All lease service rented facilities and Housing, etc, with renewal dates and amounts.

- All lease department vehicles with full details of each.

- All replacement vehicles with full details of each.

- All lease assets of tools, equipment's, and furniture.

- All department communications sets such as mobiles, computers, and office equipment, monitoring expenses.

- All contracted workshops expenses for tallying and analysis plus continually evaluating those workshops.

- All types of expenses such as utilities, communications, fuel and others.

- All kind of maintenance expenses such as Lube Oil, Tires, Batteries, and others.

- All different petty Cash expenses.

- Manpower of all locations for assessment and analysis.

- Monitor and follow up on the SAUDIZATION Program and the career development of the Saudis

- All Legal Licenses required for the department to function along with all Rent Contracts

9. Participate in the recruitment process of the department.

10. Set the process for the Insurance Claims and ensure proper implementation for optimal efficiency. Make sure all submitted Insurance claims are accepted and correctly credited.

11. Set departmental warranty process and monitor its implementation to achieve maximum possible warranty labour income.

12. Set departmental procurement processes and recruit suitable purchasers to make sure the departmental local purchases are optimized and run with proper cost control.

13. To continuously assess the area structure to make it ready for any future development, and submit necessary proposals for recommended restructuring.

14. To actively participate in the preparation of the annual departmental budget in relation to service.
