Sales Representative - Batal Design

1. Implement the sales procedures in full agreement with the Showroom Manager or sales supervisor

2. Reaching all the sales targets that are being put for him from showroom manager

3. Offering and selling the available items in the showroom and in the stock “Riyadh; Jeddah …” and also from the ones that are on the catalog if it is available

4. Knowing the coming products and the availabl fabrics

5. Dealing with customers and satisfy their needs

6. Doing the deal and make the necessary follow ups till it is delivered to customers

7. Letting customer sign on all required documents

8. Knowing the price and the description of all available items that are being displayed and the ones on the catalog if they are available

9. Coordinate with operations or with purchasing to insure that the items are being produced or ordered on time and

on the demanded quality that is being requested in; and make their follow up

10. Making reports for the stock control and the purchasing department to know what are the moving and non moving items

11. Requesting weekly reports from the stock control to check for availabilities and inform the purchasing department

about the movement of items and what are the fast moving ones

12. Assisting in the showroom display and be responsible for the zone that is being assigned by showroom manager or Sales Supervisor

13. Pricing new items with the coordination of sales supervisor or manager

14. Making daily furniture set up “fixing cushions; accessories and cover beds…”

15. Arranging with logistics to deliver items on time

16. Filling the production forms and all the requirement details :maps + dimensions+ pictures + requested quantities and give it to operation manager

17. Should call the customers 1st day after delivery and after one month to check if everything is as customer requirements or not

18. Searching for better opportunities to improve the sales

19. Provide the required documents that are being requested from the QM

20. Helping other sales representative if it is needed

21. Report daily to the showroom manager and supervisor all issues regarding the department.
