- To develop, manage and follow up on contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers; to communicate with PM and top Management and give feedback about contracts so time lines and budgets are met.
• Develop and manage contracts with client, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure clarity of scope, requirements, project deliverables and timings are met and coordinate with main contractors.
• Review contract documents prior to project implementation, assess and evaluate contents, follow up with concerned departments to check if there are any missing documents. Request clarification from client/ consultant prior to project execution of contract.
• Communicate with project manager and planner on key milestones and ensure to comply with deadlines. Highlight on impact of delays during project execution
• Follow up on consultants feedback or approval and give feedback about contract details
• Follow up on contract agreement and ensure compliance by supplier and subcontractors. Highlight and communicate delays with supplier and subcontractors in order to avoid any conflict or problems.
• Represent FSA in managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors when requested. Negotiate supplies and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to best fit with company benefits
• Ensure effective contract administration and management
• Administer signed contracts and any requests for deviation from contract specifications to ensure that both contracting parties fulfill their obligations and agree on any deviations
• Follow up on purchasing activity effected on project sites to meet established budgets and objectives
• Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors as and when required
