• Develop project management plans using well defined Project Management Methodology to achieve project objectives
• Execute the project plan within agreed scope-schedule-cost baselines and resource-quality metrics
• Perform quality control on project baselines to ensure conformance to project plan
• Monitor and manage project risks
• Communicate and report project progress to manage stakeholder expectations
• Establish and maintain a repository of project documents to contribute on the development of the Organisational Process Assets (OPA)
• Support inter-departmental projects to achieve business objectives
• Establish tailored process improvement plan to identify and document best approach for improvement, current metrics, targets for improvements and flow of existing process
• Analyse processes to examine problems, identify root cause, process constraints, nonvalue-added steps, and generate alternative approaches
• Inititiate and Implement process change by determining the optimal solution, creating a flow of the new process and generating a change request
• Establish system to manage change
• Research ongoing regulatory initiatives to proactively prepare the organisation for full compliance
• Develop continuous strategies to ensure compliance with regulators
• Plan and implement changes in operations as required
• Monitor and report compliance level to stakeholders based on the agreed monitoring and communication plans
• Perform quality assurance to ensure that contractual policies and procedures are implemented
