2- Design job descriptions for all employees
3- Develop and Implement business processes for every activity
4- Develop and implement employees evolution system
5- Developed recruitment plan to ensure best candidates
6- Design salary scale to match the market range
7- Direct and supervise employees related administrative services.
8- Direct and supervise the maintenance of employees personal records
9- Coordinate and direct the relation with various government authority, embassy, etc.
10- Develop and implement internal policy and regulations.
11- Implement and improve HR in SAP HCM.
12- Develop and propose annual plans and budget for the HR department
13- Monitor and control employee's attendance, absence, overtime.
14- Develop the quality of the company's workforce.
