CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
• To ensure that the engineering spares stock levels across all operations sites are optimized
• To ensure that SAP MRP for engineering stores Items is optimized and effectively used.
• Manage all the engineering store's activities effectively.
• To coordinate with end users and central planning team to ensure that the Plant Maintenance Master Data is correct and ensures that the same is entered in the system correctly.
• To ensure that SAP Plant Maintenance Module is effectively used.
• Ensure all relevant Engineering reports are completed accurately and on time.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR):
1. Optimize the Engineering Spares Stock levels.
2. SAP MRP for Engineering Store Items
3. Plant Maintenance Master Data
4. Ensure Effective use of SAP Plant Maintenance Module
5. Training of SAP PM Module
6. Managing the Engineering Store
7. Ensure all the Engineering reports are completed accurately and on time.
