Processing loans and credit card applications with close follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Assigned applications should be processed on timely manner.
• Accuracy of processing transaction with control and quality of output.
• Timely and periodic status updates of customer loan applications.
• Verification of customer data according with policy & procedure.
• Ensure required documentation from Branches and follow-up on missing documents.
• Establish, maintain and update policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
