Responsible to drive the sales tem to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company. Lead and assist team members in achieving their sales targets by conducting training, coaching and mentoring at all stages. This assistance is also extended to cover servicing of closed accounts and solving the critical problems
•Sourcing potential candidates who could achieve the sales target as per the department recruitment plan.
•Visit clients at several stages jointly with the Sales Consultants to encourage clients to purchase the insurance plans.
•Train and develop the sales team on an on-going basis about product & services, new systems and certain technical skills.
•Develop and supervise the activity plan of all sales consultant to ensure these are being achieved as per the plan
•Sort out the critical issues which are raised by clients on unpaid claims coordinating with the relevant and make sure issues are being attended and sorted out promptly.
•Coaching and mentoring the sales team regularly on establishing and strengthening the relationship with corporate clients.
•Scanning of all proposals before sending to underwriting department and ensure that policies are issued timely as requested liaising with them.
•Craft sales opportunities with the sales team by identifying potential clients and take appropriate measures to convert into sales.
•Manage revision request and handle policy renewals at due time through the sales team liaising with the Technical Department.
•Ensure the premium dues are collected for the client and involve with sales team in collecting premium dues if necessary.
•Perform other related duties as assigned by management/supervisor.
