1. Responsible for the monitoring of routine maintenance including control of Phase and Base maintenance, scheduled/unscheduled line maintenance, defect rectification, AOGs and aircraft rescue.
2. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
3. Coordinate and monitor the department workload.
4. Control the daily workload and assign work priorities.
5. Maintain aircraft logs and records, associated equipment records, and weight and balance records.
6. Plan and schedule aircraft through all phases of assigned maintenance.
7. Perform progress checks on work assigned.
8. Ensure that maintenance instructions are prepared when required, and provide the necessary control to ensure compliance by work centers concerned.
9. Monitor the AOG recovery process including AOG spares request initiation and follow up.
10. Preparing logbook certificate of airworthiness for all work completed.
