Job purpose: To provide expertise, advice and coaching in the enhancement of Supply Chain capabilities within AEC. To support in ensuring the AEC supply chain has an effective processes, mechanisms and structure to deliver the business growth strategy.
1. Develop production planning, production scheduling, allocations, and the raw material call-off and transportation call-off process on site.
2. Provide expert guidance to the planning and detailed production scheduling processes
3. Review and enhance management of the supply chain capabilities.
4. Review the management of all legal aspects of the supply chain
5. Focal point for the resolution of issue and problems in the activity of supply Chain management improvement activities.
6. Evaluate and advise on new support systems for supply chain activities
7. Evaluate adherence to schedule and initiate corrective actions
8. Carry out customer service and cost effectiveness improvement projects as agreed with the business executive team
9. Provide guidance to improve the planning a detailed production scheduling processes
