Purpose:
To support the finance manager in managing the finance FI section team and execution of the FM assignments including MBO monitoring, ICOFR, SOX, and IFRS related issues in
Reporting, and to support in all other related finance activities essential to HOFA job.
Reporting Relationships:
Finance Manager
Responsibilities/Key Result Areas.
To monitor all the transactions related to financial accounting (Fi) and to have a pre-approval before entering in SAP ERP.
To maintain proper reconciliations if any for accounts receivables and to handle A/R collection process
To maintain proper reconciliation if any for accounts payables and to handle A/P payment process thru cash flow plans.
To have a periodic review for the transactions done with the financial accounting team (entries in SAP ERP).
To prepare weekly/monthly banks reconciliations and approve them from the finance manager.
To ensure that the financial closing is done on time & monitor the month-end transactions & Month-end closing process
Monthly internal & external financial reports preparation & review before distributing to finance manager to approve
To prepare the A/R aging analysis and link it to cash flow.
To prepare the A/P aging analysis and link it to cash flow.
To supervise & manage the financial accounting team and handle their admin and technical problems with care and to FM
To create a backup for all jobs assigned to financial accounting section, tasks, and responsibilities.
To develop the Fi section reporting process and enhance it through SAP ERP or MS-Excel or any other programs used.
To establish the link between the CO/controlling section and the Fi/Finance section through Budget/Inventory & costing.
To act as internal business process controller to assist FM in this process as (ICM).
To assist and support in any other reports as required by Finance manager and to be prepared to act as FM backup.
