- Support in the development and monitoring of planning and financial budgeting operations for the Business Ops General Directorate by undertaking all activities related to allocating OPEX, business planning, resource allocation, and development of budgets and financial plans.
- Drive efficiency of Service Delivery & Assurance, by introducing improvement initiatives that are in accordance to the Corporate Objectives and monitoring & reporting on the enhancement roadmap.
- Collate data pertaining to Business Ops performance for analyzing the Service Delivery and Assurance in order to provide accurate and necessary information to Senior Management for undertaking improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all reports related to completed orders, held orders, completed trouble tickets and repeated faults, etc. are generated accurately and submitted for analysis periodically to the management.
- Improve enterprise services by performing gap analysis, analysing customer feedback on quality of service, undertaking improvement recommendations & ensuring development & implementation of training pertaining to services developed.
- Improvement of internal processes in order to enhance efficiency in field operations activities.
Qualifications and Education:
- Degree in Engineering or Management of Information Systems is preferable
- 5 years of experience in the field operations and Telecom
