- Performing the service design activities for the Business Ops General Directorate by validating the technical feasibility of customer orders, designing circuit and solution configurations for various services, conducting redesigning activities whenever required and identifying alternative design methods in order to avoid orders staging to the held queue.
- Performing the service provisioning activities for the Business Ops General Directorate by conducting provisioning for both local and international links for all kinds of services, contributing for new service trials and managing acceptance tests for network deployment in order to ensure minimal orders are staged to the held queue.
- Perfroming E2E order control activities for the Business Ops General Directorate by analyzing all the open service orders and trying to resolve the blocking issues in order to timely complete sales orders in system.
- Validating customer orders and ensuring adherance to Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications and Education:
- Degree in Engineering or Management of Information Systems is preferable
- 5 years of experience in the field operations and Telecom
