- Assure the availability of requisite equipment for project execution for all districts by consolidating equipment requirements, liaising with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely placing of orders with suppliers, coordinating the shipment/delivery, inspecting materials on delivery and ensuring that all records are up to date.
- Handle the entire life cycle of project management activities including project planning, risk identification and mitigation strategy, development of detailed project plan including milestones and performance evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all FO related projects.
- Work with all vendors to ensure delivery of vendor services are in line with SLAs, managers and vendors coordination, resolution of vendor issues and identifying process gaps for improvement opportunities in vendor performance. Also assessing vendor performance and ensuring that all vendor operations adhere to STC quality guidelines.
- Lead in all operations and supervising management activities by assisting in presales activities for ICT services, identifying and providing field operation activities for ICT solutions, assisting in the development of new data centres and monitoring the performance of ICT partners in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Education:
- Degree in Engineering, or Business Administration is preferable
- 5 years of experience in the field operations and Telecom & PMP certification is a plus
