Overall Objectives and scope
- Plans, Direct and controls the affairs of travel business and ensures that each activity and cost center in the region meet their budgeted sales, income and profit.
- Monitors and control expenses and ensures that a cost effective approach is adopted throughout the division and acceptable return.
- Ensures that a detailed operation plans and budget within the scope and objective set by the GM are prepared approved, implemented and closely monitored.
