Conducts physical balance confirmations in the market for customers with aging balances and get their reconciliation stamp Audits aging by trade, by sector and by salesman in order to ensure proper balance
Visits customers daily as per preset route plan
Visits newly activated customers in order to verify and validate pertaining legal documentations
Liaises with sales management in order to report all aging balance discrepancies depicted in the market
Follows-up on resolving these discrepancies with sales management
Attends to periodic Credit Committee Meetings in order to report progress and highlight risky and doubtful accounts for proper preventive action
Assists sales representative whenever needed in resolving aging related problems
