• Responsible for the control of all stock movement within the warehouse.
• Receive materials from our supplier (check: packing list & conformity with PO, Damaged of materials’).
• Prepare (GRN and Delivery note) document on time& enter it in the system (item card) excel.
• Provide weekly (stock movement report.) and present it to the line manager, project manager & Accounts.
• Ensure that you’re physically stock matching with stock report. (100%)
• Planning the delivery and dispatch of materials as per requested form sign by project manager.
• Monitoring and setting aside storage space.
• Make sure stock is stored correctly and safely.
• Liaise with project department, installation teams.
• Take my approval first before you will bring helpers/Forklift/ pallets according to work needs.
• Ensure all operational KPIs are met.
• Wages costs and expenses are contained at or below budget.
• Productivity results meet or exceed agreed targets.
• Shrinkage is measured and is processes are implemented to eliminate causes.
• Service excellence is measured by SAPO project feedback.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Visually checks that all stock is neatly palletised and slotted away.
• Ensure housekeeping routines are followed in all areas.
• Ensure that the exterior and interior of the warehouse are kept neat and tidy.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of customer orders and to manage professionally the effective day-to-day.(Measurement - feedback from SAPO)
• Responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate handling, stacking, storage and picking of stock
• Ensures that correct systems and procedures are followed when moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Make sure that all the documents completed on daily basis. And should be filed in proper order and the files should arranged in such a way that anybody can check the information.
