PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Given the nature of the distribution structure in KSA, it is by noted that the Job description to include Customer Relationship Management achieving sales growth in GWP & Distribution channels.
KEY TASK OVERVIEW (amongst others):
You will:
The role works on its own initiative taking responsibility for achieving significant annual sales targets across all available pre-defined retail products through brokers, direct clients, affinity schemes, branch walk in sales, external sales including all Retail LOB in all direct and in-direct retail distribution channels as defined by the requirements of the County’s sales strategy.
The role is expected build relationships across the retail insurance / business community to be able to identify and maximize sales opportunities arising with multiple clients in large and/or more complex environments, receiving sales enquiries and responding to multichannel sales distribution channels’ requests, converting into sales of the company’s retail offering products to meet agreed annual personal lines sales targets.
The job holder will need to work with the KSA Retail Management Team and be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent business operation & relations with all retail business producing channels, large and/or key customers where the consequence of poor customer care could have a significant impact on the achievement of sales targets. The role will provide high levels of post-sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time. Act as a line manager to nominated direct reports to manage, motivate, develop and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business..
The job holder is responsible for ensuring sales distribution channels expansion & insurance premium is collected in line with the Company’s terms of business liaising with credit control to minimize outstanding debt.
Represent the Retail department on functional projects to develop business Procurement strategies, and you will lead the personal line department implementation of sales, renewal & servicing to ensure they are delivered on professional manner within reasonable timeframe, within budget and that perceived benefits are realized.
The job holder is responsible for performing any other related duties including AXA Shops as required to support the activities, HR recruitment, Shift Plan work sheets and overall strategic directions in order to ensure the profitability of the company.
MINIMUM TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY CRITERIA:
Technical skills:
A sound knowledge of sales techniques.
A sound knowledge of negotiation strategies.
A sound knowledge of people management, account management/relationship building techniques.
Academic Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent;
Have proven & an extensive number of years experience at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in KSA;
Behavioral competencies :
Excellent people management skills
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skill;
Strong leadership and presentation skill;
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
Excellent communication skill both in English and Arabic.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
