• Managing the Production Departments and the Maintenance Department
• Analyzing and optimizing the production process
• Formulating strategic targets concerning production and realization them within the determined period
• Taking appropriate actions in case of any deviation between production the planning
• Establishing a solid organization structure
• Controlling process changes; agency
• Formulating of a production policy focusing on the performance of processes and the realization of the formulated targets, directly resulting from the vision of the organization
• Adjusting of the policy by means of (production) analyses
• Coordination of the processes between the different departments, the production divisions and the maintenance department
• Calculating a budget for the production departments
• Make proposals for required trainings for the development of the division management
