Product Sales Manager

• Develop Business Plan and Sales Strategy for the market that ensures attaining the company sales goals and profitability

• Prepare action plans by individual as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets

• Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

• Conduct performance review with the sales staff and establish a proper communication methodology understand training and development needs of the Sales staff

• Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance

• Manage pre-qualifications with the customers and contractors involved in the sales process

• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects and the competitors movements on the same

• Create and conduct proposal presentations to the clients and assist sales executive in preparation of the same

• Control expenses to meet the budget guidelines

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team

• Identify and resolve customer complaints, and work towards customer satisfaction

• Follow-up on collection of payments

• Maintain good customer relations leading to customer satisfaction
