1)Performs all duties assigned by supervisor, managers, and/or project teams.2)Performs administrative support duties of a diverse nature, requiring some independent analysis, exercise of judgment in task execution and detailed knowledge of company procedures related to the work performed.3)Provides assistance that visibly impacts operational efficiency.4)Performs data entry, posting information to logs; typing labels, forms, correspondence, maintaining database, records, filing system, answering and screening phone calls.5)Advertises employee job openings first, internally, and then, externally, in keeping with company recruitment policies. Manages the logistics of the recruiting process.6)Conducts research as required.7)Follows through on project status.8)Composes effective and efficient reports and correspondence in English.9)Maintains extensive recruitment coordination with various agencies in different countries and other contacts.10)Coordinates between various divisions and international recruitment partners.11)Sorts and reviews CVs as they arrive on a daily basis. Provides a first review of CVs. 12)Performs Systematic documentation procedures including attestations, etc.13)Request for flight and/or hotel bookings for inbound new recruits.14)Arrange airport pickup and/or hotel drop off for newcomers.15)Perform other functions as may be required from time to time.
