TRAINING COORDINATOR - Isam Kabbani Group

1)To manage the training activities on the academic, technical, industrial skills and abilities, follow-up on the performance of external training providers and coordinate with the internal/external trainers to ensure the quality of the provided training course.

2)Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regularconsultation with business managers and human resources departments.

3)Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organizationand individual's needs; prepare training calendar.

4)Consider costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets; asses the return oninvestment of any training or development programme.

5)Develop effective induction programmes

6)Devise individual learning plans.

7)Produce training materials for in-house courses.

8)Conduct appraisals for training programs; monitor and review the trainees’ progress throughquestionnaires and discussions with managers.

9)Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

10)Evaluate training and development programmes.

11)Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in thework environment.

12)Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems.

13)Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Training & Development Administrator.
