IT HELP DESK COORDINATOR (TRANSFERABLE IQAMA ONLY) - FNSS Middle East Co. Ltd

• Provide first level IT and telecom support to end users. Escalate the technical problems which cannot be solved at level 1 to level 2 experts (Systems, Security, Software, etc.) . Keep log of all calls’ actions, results for knowledge-base.

• Maintain excellent communication with local management and end-users in the office to ensure service offering is aligned with local business needs

• Installation and configuration of new PC equipment (HW, SW, NW) for end-users and maintain up-to-date inventory of all assets in the office. Provisioning of company IP-Telephones to authorized end-user.

• Provide assistance to users to solve local machine, network, and security centric problems.

• Manage the servers as well as data communications infrastructure. If required, co-ordinate with specialist teams for advanced troubleshooting

• Perform hardware and software tasks on local and wide area network systems, telecommunications, camera, teleconference and audio-visual and videoconferencing equipment

• Provide on-the-job training and consultancy to end users in the use of supported desktop applications and collaboration tools

• Provide application level support to Server Application users IFS, CATIA, PLM, Exchange, Lync, etc.

• Follow-up scheduled tasks on the servers, databases (backup, census, etc.) and check journal reports, carry on the required actions
