Replenishment and standards
Greeting customers at the store and offering them assistance.
Assisting customers with locating items in the store.
Preparing bills or invoices, receiving cash and card payments and bagging goods.
Communicate effectively with customers and other sales associates.
Must have an understanding of merchandising, item placement and how to display items to make the customer shopping experience flow seamlessly.
Must be able to calculate discounts and any promotions as applicable to the purchase price.
Ability to count the register to make sure the store has the correct amount of money and change for the day, be able to reconcile the cash register upon closing, handle returns and exchanges on any item, as well as count and track inventory.
Well groomed, clean and ironed uniform, positive attitude and body language at all times.
Must be aware of and use all safety, security and legal procedures of the company.
Must have a healthy work attendance and approach/attitude towards all subordinates, superiors and customers.
