- Liaise with branch management for operation activities and provide financial advice to branch management to assist them in their decision.
- Provides within deadline monthly management financial reports to Head Office financial management with financial analysis.
- Provides within deadline report and analysis for quarterly audit reciew and year end audit to meet regulatory requirements.
- Resoinsible for implimenting and monitoring internal controls and financial guidelines as per Head Office finance management.
- Branch financial and operatoonal budget preparation. Controlling operational cost and monitoring, analyzing actual performance and reporting deviation from the approved budget.
- Credit control, monitor and follow up on collection.
- Applying inventory controls over area stock.
- Review and recommend changes in accounting policies.
- Development of the accounts and finance team.
- Overseeing accounting and finance fucntions.
- Close coordination with other functions.
