Senior Structural Engineer - Jamjoom Consultant Company
Responsible for structural analysis and design of various multi story buildings, concrete structures, steel structures, deep foundations, footings, raft foundations, pile foundations, shear wall, retaining walls, concrete tanks, and flat slabs. Provide all necessary coordination with Chief Architect as well electromechanical department to meet the client requirements. Responsible for preparation of all structural design drawings, detailing and schedules also the candidate should have experience in relevant field in structural analysis & designing, particularly in multistory buildings and steel structures etc., should have through knowledge of design applications and familiar with all international standard codes of practice. Well versed with latest software of structural analysis STAAD, SAFE ETABS, SAP, etc., should have strong organizational skills, team leader with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure.
• Calculating the pressures stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes.
• Considering the strength of various materials, . timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design.
• Liaising with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
• Examining structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure.
• Making drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors.
• Investigating ground conditions and analyzing results of site tests, such as soil samples.
• Liaising with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound.
• Applying expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures.

Job Summary
To provide technical and managerial direction to audit staff and actively contribute to the leadership of the department in order to achieve the departments strategic objectives.
Key Tasks
Assist Group Internal Audit Manager in preparing the risk-based audit plan and in updating the Audit Charter and Audit Manual.

Human Resources Officer - Integrated Training
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist the Development, implementing and maintaining of Compensation and Benefits policies and practices that ensure that employees are equitably and competitively remunerated in line with their contribution and that ITC is able to attract and retain high calibre employees.
Through the selection of appropriate performance measures and the definition of relevant plans/initiatives, ensure that all new business development activities are captured within the Performance Management framework.

Ensure that the needs of all departments are recognised within the performance measures and action plans/initiatives that are developed so that the organisation can build long-term sustainability and success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Suppliers and Products Distribution Control
• Provide input into development of policies and procedures for the Distribution

• Ensure all operational activities meet legislative requirements
• Review monthly orders and monitor inventory levels in order to ensure a flawless distribution process
• Review in a regular bases the projections of the stock status
• Ensure the alignment between stock shipper for ETA and the DC for stock clearance from port
• Coordinate with suppliers for documentation control and processes control
• Review products allocation processes based on the products transport requirements
• Monitor supply process, products specifications, and assists in making recommendations to correct inventory imbalances
• Support Operations in a delivery and dispatch process by assisting with order placement, tracking orders, and by expediting the shipment of products to stores
• Review products flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements

Warehouse Operation
• Oversee scheduling of warehouses personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive products in a productive and cost-efficient manner

HR Supervisor - Wafir Company For Industrial Detergent
Acting as a lead person in the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to other HR staff and district employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; overseeing the maintenance of records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations, licensure, and tenure; and assisting the HR Director in ensuring that personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements. The HR Supervisor is responsible for performing in-depth human resources duties under minimal supervision and the nominal supervision of subordinate personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events for the purpose of meeting the needs of the department, District and employees.
• Audits monthly personnel actions prepared by staff for the purpose of to ensure consistency with position control report and to ensure that errors are kept to a minimum and that correct account numbers are used.
• Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves, Licenses and related legal requirements.
• Conducts, along with other HR Specialists, the certified employee orientation for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes as well as completion of forms.
• Coordinates the certified employment process for the purpose of meeting district staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines, ensuring other HR Specialists in work unit are doing same.
• Coordinates the activities of other HR specialists for the purpose of ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
• Develops a wide variety of written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
• Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
• Interprets a variety of written materials for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitors a variety of processes for the purpose of ensuring efficient processing of applicants and employees in addressing position requirements and adhering to legal and/or administrative requirements.

SOLARIS System Programmer - Saudi Intelligent Solutions
Statement of Services
We require a candidate to provide technical support services for the Solaris based machines in our customer’s premises and the operating systems and other system software that run on them including the Clustering software running on them, which currently include SUN and Veritas clusters.
Requirements
• Strong Unix technical knowledge
• Expert Solaris knowledge
• Knowledge of Volume Managers products
• Knowledge of LAN and TCP/IP
• Good knowledge of Windows applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Sun Cluster
• Veritas Cluster
• Veritas Netbackup and Volume Manager
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work within a team and share workload and responsibilities
• Ability to interact effectively with outside customers and vendors
• Willingness to work long hours and during weekends
• Strong reading and writing skills in English language
• At least four years’ experience as Solaris System Administrator in a multi- platform Unix environment, preferably in a financial institution
• University Degree in IT
Description of Services
The main role is to join a team which will be fully responsible for Patching and compliance to Internal Security, Audit and regulatory authorities of the Kingdom (PCI, SAMA, Swift, Basil, etc.). It includes monitoring of system Health and performance, support production, QC and other environments, Install latest system software and apply patches, Provide assistance to development and projects teams and comply with all security requirements as provided by ISSD to ensure maximum system availability.
A. Monitor Availability and Performance:
• Installation of Operating System
• Day-to-Day Administrative functions of system software including the availability and functionality
• Ensure system documentation and procedures are updated
• Review system error logs and operations daily reports
• Monitor system status and ensure all systems are up
• Review Patrol-generated alarms and resolve them in a timely manner
• Monitor system performance and take actions or make recommendations to improve it and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Managing Disk Spaces Using Solaris Volume Manager and Veritas Volume Manager.
B. Support Functions:
• Provide support for Productions, QC and other users. Attend to problems reported by IT Help Desk immediately
• Attend to problems and alarms raised by BMC Patrol
• Escalate to management any problems that cannot be resolved within the acceptable time limit.
C. Software Deployment:
• Installation of new system patches
• Installation of new system versions and releases
D. Project Support
• Provide support for new IT projects
E. Security Compliance:
• Apply latest security patches
• Perform system hardening
• Perform security scans on all production systems regularly
