Job PurposeTo manage the buildings maintenance function, ensuring that the buildings, engineering systems are safe, well maintained, fit for purpose, available for their intended use within budget.Provide leadership and management for the office team providing a high quality and responsive maintenance and to develop and manage long-term planned maintenance. Act as project manager for minor building related projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
m Main Activities: Manage, monitor and co-ordinate all maintenance activities (building and engineering) with appropriate arrangements in place for the delivery of responsive and effective buildings services including ‘out of hours’ on-call and emergency contingency plans.The management of office staff and specialist contractors staff. Ensuring that maintenance and minor works meet safety standards, statutory compliance and that activities are carried out in the most cost effective and efficient way through external contracts and to ensure that budgets are not exceeded. Act as an “On Call” Engineer on a rota with other staff and monitor all calls investigating problem areas implementing remedial measures where appropriate to reduce unnecessary calls, risk to business continuity or health and safety risks.
General:• Plan and implement annual and short term cyclical maintenance of all buildings and services assets to a timely and high quality standard, so as to maintain and preserve assets. • Identify and implement long term planned maintenance for all buildings and plant and develop budgets for forward planning. • To work with Management in developing strategies for the effective management of the Buildings.• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all services installations including specialist heating, ventilation and air conditioning, hot and cold water services (H/C WS) and fire/security systems. • Ensure full compliance with statutory testing including the specification, tendering and awarding of contracts. • Monitor the condition of the Buildings on an on-going basis and advise on methods and timescales for identified repairs. Updating condition surveys as appropriate. • Maintain electronic systems to ensure the retention and availability of all statutory compliance.
Building Management System, (BMS):
• Ensure the BMS is used in a pro-active manner to maintain comfort levels in all buildings thus ensuring optimum performance of all plant and equipment under BMS control. • Carry out daily review of and investigate fault reports on a priority basis.• Take a lead role in further improving energy conservation measures and reporting.• Train Building team in the effective use of the BMS, authorise access levels.
Project management - minor works:• Participate in office/space planning and other projects. • To identify and implement building and building services minor works / projects from writing specifications to tendering and/or negotiation with relevant contractors.• Support Project Managers and or consultants when appointed to deliver minor and capital projects.• Liaise with Capital Project Manager and or external consultants in connection with capital schemes, to give advice on the capacity and capability of the site infrastructure services to support new developments and to ensure compatibility is maintained with the existing engineering plant, systems and infrastructure.
Health and safety:• Ensure all activities and practices are conducted in compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation.

About Your Job ::
Effectively manage entire related logistics activities for Al Maha Airways in compliance with government rules and regulations and international standards, Manages general Stores activities, Works closely with stores supervisors on all stores / Logistics related activities in order to facilitate optimum Supply Chain results.
Operational: Capable to handle inbound / outbound consignments which are by nature high valued, critical huge volume and numbered- being received by air and by sea route. Plan for future needs relating to Storage area, Manpower, System supports, Budgeting, Policy changes and any other requirement found suitable. Evaluate methods, design/develop and issue guidelines, policies/procedures to upgrade and maintain standard practices in storekeeping, handling techniques, system developing and processing, selection of appropriate tools and equipment and suitable Store layout. Ensure economic stock level of genera material stored for the use of Al Maha Airways, Endeavors and attain best industrial practices relating to Quality, Health and Safety & Security. Encourage and improve work culture, team spirit, decide and set targets and goals according to future need and company requirements. Set the guidelines for materials handling and storage, manpower allocation, facility setup, auditing budgeting to facilitate optimum Supply Chain results, In addition to this shall carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by higher management as requested.
Management: Manage general Stores activities such as material forecasting and planning, monitoring stock levels, goods receiving, acceptance, rejections, goods issuance, and scrap, disposal of surplus and outdated assets.
Leadership: Provide guidance to Stores / Logistics staff with respect to the storage and handling of materials, Set objectives and target for individuals and work groups to measure their performance. Ensure always high standards are maintained with respect to housekeeping, health and safety. Ensure newly inducted including Saudi national staffs have been provided with on Job Training to carry out duties with minimal supervision, Development of the team, Set strategic and operational direction for team.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelor Degree or Equivalent or Graduate of Post graduate from recognized university, preference will be given to those who have Masters Degree or equivalent with Studied Material Management or Logistics management as a subject.
You will have a minimum of 7 years expert job related working experience in inventory, warehouses and logistics supervision and management, Preference will be given to those who have 5 years in supervisory level experience, airline and Saudi experience.

Effectively support the logistics section of the Finance and Administration department in relation to multi-modal freight movement (imports and exports). manage end to end delivery of the consignments in the most timely and economic manner ensuring best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements. Support the development of supply chain management in conjunction with freight forwarder in order to receive goods and services with acceptable standards and within stipulated timelines.
Operational:
Work effectively with internal user departments and freight forwarders on logistics projects, Follow up day to day logistics issues, Always work toward meeting users delivery requirements. Be diligent in checking and delivering high quality, accurate work to internal customers' managers and freight forwarders. Remain up to date with the local import/export laws and customs regulations. Provide administrative support to managers and team, Support negotiation with suppliers on cost, commercial and contractual terms, and INCOTERMS.
Development:
Proactively suggest process improvements, Maintain a positive and open minded attitude to work, Take responsibility for self-development through formal training and exposure to new activities, Train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management, train Saudi staff in the duties above
This will be a key position within Al Maha Airways in Jeddah, KSA
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Diploma or Associate Degree or Equivalent, preference will be given to those who have Bachelors Degree or equivalent or have Logistics related vocational qualification and/or educational credits. You will have a minimum of 4 years job related working experience, a minimum of 2-3 years in a logistic role ideally based in Saudi Arabia

Principal Accountabilities of Regulatory Affairs Specialist:• Work closely with local and regional marketing team to ensure that we have our products registered according to their launching plan;
• Work closely with distributors to make sure that they have all the necessary regulatory documents;
• Follow up field safety corrective actions initiated by Covidien with distributors and the competent authority;
• Work closely with the marketing team in tender preparation;
• Work closely with marketing, quality, and end customers in complaints handling;
• Submit the needed regulatory certificates to the competent authority to make sure that all our products are having the needed marketing authorization;
• Maintain the registration certificates valid and renew them whenever expired;
• Support any local regulatory projects.

IT Technical Support Engineer - Honeywell
-Performs the installation of personal computers, external and internal peripherals, operating systems, and the appropriate software approved by the IT Department
- Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves situations that are abnormal to the running of a personal computer as they relate to the hardware, operating systems, or the general application software installed.

The Building/Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management of mixed use properties (residential, office, industrial and retail) through implementation of policies, procedures and programs required by the management agreement. The individual will interact with senior management, building staff, support team, service providers, clients and tenants. The Property Manager must be able to handle emergency situations and tenant complaints with tact and diplomacy. The individual must ensure that the property(s) is improved or maintained in a state of good repair with emphasis on a positive and timely response to the concerns and needs of the occupants, government agencies and property(s)’ owners. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas: • Direct, motivate and evaluate building staff and service providers to ensure property(s) is improved and kept in a state of good repair. • Establish budget parameters or expense limits as directed by client (property owner or master leaseholder). • Ensure tenant service requests for repairs, maintenance, improvements and lease administration are answered timely, completely and accurately with appropriate customer service. • Work with the marketing/ leasing team to minimize vacancies and prepare vacated units for showing. • Determine preventative maintenance and daily service specifications, standards and repair parameters. • Conduct RFP processes, including bid analysis, negotiation and vendor selection. • Prepare and submit purchase orders to make repairs, provide preventative maintenance or improve the property(s). • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that staff and service providers are adhering to performance standards. Make necessary adjustments. • Identify, prevent, address, and eliminate all environmental, health and safety issues. • Participate in inspections and property walk-through with government agency, financial and risk management personnel. • Ensure that regular, periodic fire and life safety inspections are conducted and conform to guidelines set by local and State authority law. • Ensure that proprietary information is protected and kept confidential. • Monitor utility usage and make adjustments in usage patterns to minimize costs. • Review and administer tenant leases. • Receive, review, code and approve vendor and supplier invoices. • Develop capital requirements and budget. • Review and approve CAM (operating expense) reconciliations, and be able to explain to tenants when requested. • Ensure tenant correspondence and agreement files, including certificates of insurance, are current. • Maintain ongoing communication with support team, including accounting department and human resources. • Develop, maintain and ensure building staff, service providers and tenants adhere to emergency procedures and fire safety plans. • Lease administration and rent collections. • Budget and variance reporting, tenant correspondence, and budget preparation.
