•Responsible for project management of SAP initiatives including confirming alignment with Corporate strategy and IT Plan; managing overall projects, planning, prioritizing, coordinating and reporting against project milestones activities.
•Develop a implementation SAP roadmap based on business priorities and requirements
•Drives support and service SLA’s, operational metrics, continuous improvement of service delivery model and continuous improvement and measurement of customer satisfaction.
•Responsible for the development of the SAP support knowledge base, identifying common issues and frequently asked questions for transition to Help Desk operations.
•Responsible for the management of SAP application systems staff including scheduling, overseeing work assignments, and follow up on completion.
•Execute co-sourcing, recruiting, and contracting resource plans; screen and interview full-time or contractor candidates for the SAP application support team.
•Able to coordinate and manage external consulting resources effectively within work scope and budget.
•Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
•Work on assigned Tasks from his Manager or IT Director
