REGIONAL PERFORMANCE MANAGER - Avanta

Main purpose:Responsible for the day to day operations of a group of Job Placement Centres, reporting to the Operations Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of HRDF contracts across Saudi Arabia within a regional geography, representing the company to suppliers, partners, funders and key stakeholders. Managing the overall performance of Centres within the region will be key to ensure the standards set within the business plan which is based on performance, continuous improvement, quality and compliance is attained.

Duties:To make a significant contribution in respect of regional performance and delivery in relation to the following targets:Contract management• Contractual targets for the region are agreed at the beginning of each financial/contract year• Contracts in the region are effectively monitored against these targets and any underperformance clearly identified• Underperformance is promptly identified and appropriate action taken to ensure this is effectively addressed (where applicable) and over performance is acknowledged and celebrated• Accurate performance and financial forecasts are produced and met• Financial and non-financial targets are agreed and met• External and internal quality assurance audits and inspections confirm the quality and compliance of contracted programmes and services

Business Planning• Contribute towards the formulation of the regional business plan• Local business opportunities are identified and forwarded to the business development team• A contribution is made towards the development of new business opportunities in the designated area• Business growth and profitability is increased in line with business plan projections• Designated area is appropriately resourced in relation to contract/service delivery requirements

People management• All staff are aware of targets and their contribution towards meeting these targets• Work closely with Managers to ensure performance is exceeded and underperformance identified and appropriate improvement plans are developed.• Staff turnover is less than or equal to the Company staff turnover average• Recruitment and selection is carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures• All staff receive an effective induction, supervision and appraisal in line with company procedure • Individual and group targets are set out, and staff understand and conform with these• Efficient timetabling of staff is conducted, including holidays and sickness cover in your area of responsibility• All staff are kept informed of all internal and external developments and activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on the company or group in general• Where appropriate, people management decisions are carried out in consultation with the HR Manager• Ensure that all matters pertaining to Equal Opportunities are adhered to at all times

Stakeholder management• Contribute towards the formulation and implementation of the Employer Engagement strategy in the geographic area of responsibility• Represent the company as and when required and report back any significant information that can be used to improve the business• All Contractor meetings are attended by an appropriate member of AvantaAETG staffPremises and Health and Safety• Ensure that all matters pertaining to Health and Safety are adhered to at all times• Ensure premises meet contract specifications and uphold the Company image at all times• Ensure premises and equipment are maintained in a safe, hygienic and secure condition at all times• Ensure the efficient use of equipment and resources

Personal development• Take responsibility for your own personal development, working with your line manager and colleagues to identify areas for development and ensuring that these are met through an appropriate mix of formal and informal learning, combined with networking with peers inside and outside of the organisation
