• Lead a large team throughout the project life cycle from site requirement analysis through deployment, and transition. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final transition of resources to the customer.• Create and build a custom asset tracking and deployment project plans for external customer to satisfy quality, time, and budget milestones.• Provide technical guidance and leadership to customer, IT and deployment staff to ensure that priorities and directions are aligned with the project goals.• Work with the Finance group to ensure project timelines align with billing expectations.• Attend weekly customer status and project meetings as required.• Manage receipt, storage, accountability and control of all project related assets. • BS or 15 years of related experience.• 10+ years of Sr. management experience leading hardware and software delivery processes. Requires 5 to 8 years’ experience as an ILS manager or similar experience.• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) required. Hands on experience leading technical staff in all areas of system integration, implementation and deployment.• Proven facilitation, presentation, and team leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and conflict management skills. Effective with conversing at all levels of the organization.• Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Access and must possess working knowledge of COTS procurement and inventory databases.• Experience managing and interacting with customers.• Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced deployment professional with a full understanding of best industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.• Remain discrete with the ability to handle and protect highly sensitive information.• Willingness to work internationally for extended periods.
