Program Manager, IT - Al Kifah Holding

Job Purpose:



The Program Manager is responsible for Managing, handling initiatives and Change Management offered by CIO Office to AL-Kifah Holding.





Responsibilities & Duties



1. Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of a program through Cross Functional Management and Coordination between SBUs, KICS & Corporate Office



2. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams by helping define clear, realistic goals; clear barriers to team progress, expected deliverables and facilitate RAPID decision-making



3. Define/Update Clear Project Schedule, Resource, Budget and Project Risk Management on electronic tool (e.g. Podio)



4. Organize and facilitate effective meetings. Identify and delegates action items, follow-up/track action items to resolution, updates project plans & deliverables, as required, identifies issues and ultimately resolves issues (to ensure effective meetings at all levels).



5. Prepares periodic reports to track the progress of programs



6. Developing and updating IT operating Policies and procedures related to initiatives managed



7. Conduct company related information researches and data gathering needed for the initiatives managed
