• Leading Production team of architects and draftsmen to establish architectural shop drawing for all company projects.
• Participate to the procurement process to ensure it is in coordination with relevant department ( Technical / Procurement/ contract) and ensure that the different packages are complete and reflect the full scope.
• Preparation of submittals, RFIs, logs, Schedules and reports.
•Preparation of workshop details and shop drawings.
•Advise of potential conflicts/ problems for the relevant department to deal with.
•Monitor execution and interface with PM at site for information / Coordination issues.
•Interface with relevant department for changes, variations, remedial works, and NCRs, resolutions.
• Following up and evaluate the technical team weekly and monthly progress report.
• Lead and supervise any assistance out - source ( Sub - Contractors or consultant firms)
• Prepare the team assignment organization chart ( Names, professions and tasks)
