Branch Key Account Executive (BSE) - Integrated Training

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 To understand the business of the assigned key account(s)

 To prepare a plan of the assigned key account(s) including client needs and ITC relevant solutions

 To follow up the key account(s) plan(s) in order to achieve the agreed sales targets

 To assist the BSO in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets

 To assist the (BSO) in providing a professional and excellent level of service

 Assist in responding to concerns and product/service questions

 To assist the (BSO) in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans

 Manage the efforts and activities of the sales team in alignment with sales goals and revenue objectives

 Liaise with other departments to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner so that a positive image of ITC is maintained among the company’s domestic customers

 Providing customers with quotations

 Prepare the agreement terms and closing down sales

 Assist to provide accurate and timely business sales forecasts

 Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions



COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

 Frequent communication with the Branch Sales Officer

External:

 Frequent communication with all customers
