Sr. Manager - HR - ARASCO

• Coordinate with corporate HR in translating and implementing ARASCO corporate HRD and HRS policies and procedures for Foods SBU

• Ensure availability of latest HR policy and process manuals to all employees at all Foods SBU locations

• Educate all employees on HR policies, activities, timelines and standard documentation for HR requests

• Act as a coordinator between corporate HR and SBU on corporate wide initiatives





Manage HRD activities

• Extend support to functional managers in writing of JDs in line with standard formats of corporate HR and reviewing of JDs in line with SBU strategy and BSC. Coordinate with corporate HR in JD evaluation

• Translate the corporate performance management system for Foods SBU

• Ensure SBU wise awareness on appraisal process, standard appraisal templates, appraisal timelines

• Support functional managers in documenting career paths and implementing ‘fast-track’ programs etc

• Prepare an annual training budget and plan for SBU and obtain approval from President - Foods

• Ensure implementation of all Corporate HRD activities and initiatives at Foods SBU





Manage HRS activities

• Ensure compliance with all standard procedures and policies of corporate HR during the day-to-day HRS operations of Foods SBU

• Ensure availability of corporate process manuals, employee handbook and other documents with all employees in SBU

• Communicate the changes in regulatory policies and procedures in HR to employees in Foods SBU through relevant mailers/notifications

• Ensure awareness in employees on standard templates and letters for administrative requests such as recruitments, separations, travel etc

• Ensure compliance with corporate SLAs in addressing HRS issues for SBU employees

• Coordinate with Vice Presidents in Foods SBU in developing the manpower plan at the beginning of financial year

• Support SBU functional heads in recruitment and separation activities by ensuring completion of requisite documentation formalities by HR department

• Ensure implementation of all HRS policies, procedures in the Foods SBU

Resource Allocation & Manpower management

• Plan and manage resource requirements and utilization according to agreed budgets. Ensure adequate manpower to suit department’s strategy

• Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law

• Assess the requirement for training systems for HR team and implement relevant training systems

• Establish employee goals and conduct employee incentive reviews





Reporting

• Report as per agreed frequency on BSC (SMART) using relevant performance measures
