Job Summary:
•Study IT products and services and map them to fit educational needs.
•Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project/product, and translating these into functional and non-functional specifications.
•To understand, document and priorities business requirements across affected business areas.
•To work with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions.
•Analyze and document business processes and scenarios.
•Document requirements and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
oDocument full SRS document, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
•To liaise with business managers and low-level users to understand and document business requirements across affected business areas.
•To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
•To design and execute the customer acceptance test scenarios.
•To develop manuals and guides of the project/product.
•To train the customers on the project/product
Job Specifications:
•B.Sc. Engineering or computer science
•3-6 years’ experience in Similar position
•Analytical mind & Hard worker
