Applicant should have knowledge in designing HVAC systems, Fire Fighting systems, load calculation, loss calculations, calculations of pumps head, shop drawings using AutoCAD, preparing submittals, preparing weekly reports, and have good knowledge in all authorities’ requirements.
1. Coordinate internally with other execution disciplines and external suppliers both within Company prescribed policies/procedure.
2. Observes and ensures construction practices as required for compliance of construction operations/execution with local codes, industry standards, company procedures, and contractual requirements.
3. Gather approved required documents and information to support the successful completion of relevant construction activities/requirements.
4. Study and understand the project specifications, procedures, and relevant portions of the Contract
5. Responsible for adhering to and promoting safe work practices.
6. Attend construction project meetings as required to participate and understand execution responsibilities.
7. Achieve successful completion of assigned work responsibilities on time, within budget, schedules, and contract requirements.
8. To interpret project layout and specification into final design layout.
9. To give advance notice of materials required to Purchase Department.
10. To create detailed drawings and parts lists for equipment within scope of supply.
11. To create an installation file to pass on information to the site supervisor and installation team.
12. To provide onsite assistance during installation stage.
13. To create detailed Operating and Maintenance Instructions and provide spare parts lists as required.
14. Attend meetings with builder and other suppliers for integration details.
15. To liaise with systems sales and project engineers during project phase.
16. To liaise with contract managers, customer and sub-contractors during order execution phase.
17. To provide technical information to any department.
18. To maintain and use wherever possible, standard product information for the execution of orders.
19. To comply with the company policy as defined in the Staff Handbook, Safety Manual, and Quality Assurance Manual.
