Responsibilities:
. Maintain a familiarity with current business issues, objectives, and strategies of the assigned business area and recognize issues and opportunities to optimally apply technology to enhance existing or build new business capabilities
. Work closely with business users and IT team leads to identify, prioritize, and complete systems projects for the assigned area and help to apply the SDLC in a logical and reasonable manner
. Effectively communicate with business stakeholders using business terminology as well as possess a strong technical background to enable comprehensive business-IT alignment
•Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project/product, and translating these into functional and non-functional specifications.
•To understand, document and priorities business requirements across affected business areas.
•To work with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions.
•Analyze and document business processes and scenarios.
•Document requirements and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
oDocument full SRS document, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
Required Skills:
. 5-7 years experience with systems development or system analysist methodologies, definition, systems design, and systems testing
. Demonstrated experience serving as Business Analyst or Project Manager of related role
. 5 years experience in structured Project Management environment with a demonstrated appreciation for disciplined Project Management
. Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
. Strong presentation skills
. The ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors
