Area Sales Manager

•Plan and share the planning process for marketing & sales activities to maintain stable growth in the company’s market share.
•Prepare action plans and assign targets to sales team members to ensure yearly goals achievements.
•Allocate Human and financial resources to achieve targets
•Manage, coordinate, and facilitate all marketing & sales activities
•Review, assess, and improve marketing & sales activities to increase efficiency
•Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure consistent information flow between different business units.
•Maintain customers relationships to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
•Presents and demonstrates company products and services to current and potential clients.
•Participates in all marketing events.
•Updates client's database to maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities by using all available technologies.
• Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
•Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
•Prepares pricing proposal models.
•Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees.
