Primary purpose of the job:
Supervise/operate, as appropriate, a professional and efficient Parts Counter.
To serve customers in an efficient and expeditious manner in order to achieve customer satisfaction and budgeted sales volumes
Principal accountabilities:
Maintain customer information files in order to provide market intelligence.
Administers certain designated IODC customer accounts, including back order follow up and PO reconciliation.
Trains the Saudi national workforce assigned to him up to the requirements of the job of Counterman.
