Key Function: -
Prepare customs documentations….Ensure proper compliance of customs and KSA rules and regulations. Keep the company records up to date and ready for audit by KSA customs, internal or external Audit team. To manage distribution and tracking of all the inbound & outbound shipments across the business i.e. between entities, dealers, remote technicians & end-customers, etc….
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the distribution, shipping and tracking of shipments across all regions as per the areas entrusted from time to time.
o Distribution activities includes: customs clearance, forwarding, transportation arrangements, archiving.
o Products to be handled: Hardware, refurbishment spare-parts, accessories, packing materials, Marketing materials, customer delivery and collections.
•To ensure proper customs documentations, monitoring, archiving of all required documents that required meeting customs auditing.
•End to end follow up of shipments to make sure timely dispatch & delivery.
•To coordinate with the suppliers & respective departments to make sure that the production and delivery times are met as per the timelines.
•To monitor material supplier’s activities to maintain timely delivery, deliver in quality packing materials & provide packing and relationship with distribution suppliers.
•To coordinate with shipping & courier companies, transporters, on the job drivers & couriers.
•To coordinate with warehouse and inventory management team on storage, inventory control, tracking, & replenishment.
•Other tasks entrusted by the management from time to time.
