•Responsible for overseeing several stores including; managing sales and operations, controlling expenses and payroll budgets, handling loss prevention, ensures that all stores within remit optimize sales, achieve consistent service and standards while implementing corporate requirements. •Organize and control store sales team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. •Monitor multiple store performance to ensure that they efficiently and effectively, identify and recommend needed services. •Coordinate & review product marketing activities with the marketing concerned person in each country. •Define opportunities for business development within concerned area. •Handle the customer’s complaints effectively & to prepare the customer complaints nalysis report on monthly base indicating the actions.
