This is a key position in the HR Department under the HR Operations Sections which is a vocal point between employees in the company and HR. The job holder has to be customer service oriented and able to deal with multiple tasks at once to be able to serve our internal customers (staff)
• Process all Business and Staff Annual Leaves travel related transactions
• Support in securing excellent rates with hotels and travel agencies both locally and internationally
• Process all travel related invoices and keep a proper tracking system of the same
• Process all online government relations transactions
• Coordinate with Government Relations Rep the timely renewals of Iqamas
• Issue employment letters for staff as required
• Facilitate the opening of bank accounts for staff members
• Facilitate preparing of the set of documents required to secure International visas for staff for Business Travel Purpose
• Participate in employee related investigations and implement action as per the legal department recommendation
• Explain to employees related company policies and procedures
