To be involved in all annual & quarterly tactical planning, scheduling & also delivery across multiple media. Responsible for ensuring that promotional activity is targeted, effective in attracting potential customers.
• Execute Marketing promotions and initiatives to meet consumer and customer needs
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
• Assisting the marketing team with day to day administration duties.
• Ensure execution of all media and marketing agenda.
• Supervise the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• writing and proofreading copy;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• organizing photo shoots and audio recording sessions;
• arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• conducting market research,
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• monitoring competitor activity;
• Supporting marketing manager in all other tasks.
• Writing new marketing material copy writes.
• Analyze and produce reports.
