Description
- Process for payroll for employees on a monthly basis and reporting on the same on a timely basis- Apply applicable taxes on the payroll and ensure compliance with any statutory laws Manage the interface of any attendance system with the payroll and ensure completeness- Process the final settlement of leaving employees- Maintaining the advances paid to employees and ensure timely recovery- Handling of queries relating to monthly payroll from individual businesses- Reconcile payroll month to month and obtain necessary approval- Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely- Process employee reimbursements and seek clarifications if necessary- Updating the ERP system with new employee details for earning- Updating the ERP system with the amendments to earnings of employees
Profile
- Bachelor's degree- 3-5 years of experience in Payroll- KSA experience is mandatory- Fluent in English- Iqama should be transferable
