Plant General Manager
To be based in Eastern Provence Saudi Arabia.
A leading multinational company who specialise in HVAC Manufacturing Plants, are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic PLANT GENERAL MANAGER to join their manufacturing plant in the Eastern Provence of Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to take full responsibility of the whole plant reporting directly to the board of Directors.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Independently manage the their Plant in line with corporate regulations and the strategic and annual profit plans and guidelines
• Work closely with Solutions Business Unit Manager to develop business
• Responsibility for P&L of manufacturing plant
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Lead the operations management team by providing strong leadership and guidance
• Create profit plan including budgets, personnel and investment plans
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
