1- Be responsible for managing & overall supervision of ongoing and new security and low current system.
2- Perform value engineering and cost control to keep project within budget.
3- Provide technical support to the Sales Dept and make presentations to the client/consultant.
4- Assist in the preparation of drawings, operation and maintenance manuals for each project
5- Manage all cross functional technology components from project initiation to post implementation.
6- Manage technology change through the lifecycle of the project.
7- Manage technology team leads and their respective deliverables.
8- Lead the project team through issues resolution as required.
9- Provide concise and timely status reporting as required by senior management.
10- Direct the project team, provide ongoing advice, guidance and mentoring.
11- Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.
12- Effectively interface with the various sub-contractors.
13- Monitor and conduct post implementation reviews.
14- Maintain proper coordination in all the site acitivies.
15- Complete the project efficiently.
